i found the location excellent near the city center. it's close to shopping and the train station. i appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of my room and bathroom.

upon my return after a day out, i discovered my room was not serviced. this was disappointing, and i hope they can improve this service in the future.

The window was quite dirty. I was on a high floor, (a fact I usually appreciate) but I could not really enjoy the view. The lack of attention to detail extended to the bathroom, since robes were missing. I also paid for late checkout, but a housekeeper entered my room at 11:30 without announcing herself. This was an unpleasant surprise, as I was not fully dressed, and the housekeeper did not apologize adequately for her mistake.

the room was very clean overall with a good sized bathroom area , so that was super awesome. i was very happy to see that the hotel location was great , really convenient for getting around.

understaffing at the bar caused a long wait for drinks , it was quite annoying. noise was horrendous , it was the worst i have ever experienced in hotels.
